The project involved the construction of a new five story mixed use building, containing twenty three (23) residential units, one (1) commercial unit, and nine (9) accessory off-street parking spaces located in the building’s at grade garage.

Re-development of a 12,216 square-foot commercial warehouse site situated at 287 Maverick Street in East Boston, by construction of a new five story mixed use building, containing thirty seven (37) residential units, one (1) commercial unit, and thirty (30) accessory off-street parking spaces located in the building’s at grade garage.
319 Chelsea Street, East Boston
Re-development of the existing McGrath Funeral Home and the construction of a new, three (3) to five (5) story mixed-use building with 38 residential rental units, ground floor commercial/retail space fronting on Bremen Street, and 42 off-street vehicle parking spaces.
656 Saratoga Street, East Boston
Re-development of a 16,490 square-foot vacant site situated at 656 Saratoga Street in East Boston, by construction of a new three story, multifamily residential building, containing thirty (30) residential units and thirty (30) accessory off-street parking spaces located in the building’s at grade garage.

Re-development of two (2) sites in the Orient Heights Square consisting of a combined 15,499 square feet of land. Sites will be developed with two separate mixed use buildings containing a combined total of 41 residential units (including 6 IDP Units), 4,400 square feet of ground level retail, 18 garage parking spaces and a combined 50 bike racks.
199 Gardner Street, West Roxbury
The Ellery – a new residential community at 199 Gardner Street in West Roxbury, MA. The project revitalized a former commercial site in West Roxbury, replacing several industrial buildings with an approximately 84,000 gross square foot residential building comprised of 70 residential units.
